This And That

Today my Soaring Amongst The Clouds and I went walking. I really enjoy my walks. Today's walk was wonderful. We had no distractions, so we talked as we walked. I was blessed. She's a special fair maiden. Whoever she marries will be blessed beyond measures. I hope he appreciates her.

During our walk, a white pick up truck pass by. I kept an eye on it because there were two men sitting on the back of the truck and a couple of men on the inside. I noticed that they turned unto the orange grove not far from our home. Something didn't seem right. A red flag went up. We kept walking but once I saw where the truck was, we turned around and headed the other way. They had gotten down and were cutting an orange tree. I really believe that something could of happened. I know that they have migrant workers picking oranges on those 40+ acres, but these were not migrant workers. Who gets down and starts to cut up a tree? I should of gotten the license plate number, but I had nothing with me to write with. I'm just glad that God was looking after us. Lesson learned... Nicodemus will be going on walks with me and whoever else goes with me, from now on. I need to get a taser gun!

When we use to live a couple of towns over, we had some of these flowers. I've been looking all over for them. I can't seem to find them in the stores. I saw these outside a bank, so......

I stopped to take a picture. If you happen to know what type of flowers these are, please feel free to tell me. :o)

On Wednesday night, my Knight and I went to Lowe's and bought a tiller. I'm thrilled beyond words. My Knight and The Worrier put it together. If the weather is good, we hope to start using it tomorrow. :o) Bring on the homegrown produce!!!

Still Waters is working on a project. You have no idea how hard it was for me to snap this picture. Good thing she doesn't close her bedroom door. I opened it up quietly and took the picture before she could say anything. Love you Baby Girl! I can't wait to post a picture of her painting. You'll be in for a treat! :o)

Soaring Amongst The Clouds came a laid down on my bed. She looked so sad and heartbroken. It breaks my heart to see her like this. To cheer her up I asked her if she wanted to listen to some of my music. She told me, "Ok anything except the song, Hero". That's one of her favorite songs. Whatever it is that's caused her to hurt, I know that God can take care of it. It just brakes my heart to see my children hurt. If you are reading this, and feel lead to pray for her, please do.

Those are African Iris. I had them at my old house and just planted some recently by the pool. They sell them at Lowes and at The Yard Stop.
